Shutter Speed and Panning
Shutter speed affects motion blur in photos, if the shutter speed is faster, the camera is going to take the picture faster and there will be little to no motion blur. If the shutter speed is slower, the camera is capturing more because of the extended time and if a subject is moving, then the motion will be captured and there will be motion blur.
